From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was pure serenity. The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel instantly at ease. The interiors were spotless, beautifully designed, and infused with calming aromas that set the tone for relaxation. The massage itself was exceptional - every movement felt purposeful, melting away stress and tension. The therapist was highly skilled, attentive to pressure preferences, and created a personalized experience that felt luxurious yet deeply therapeutic. What impressed me most was the attention to detail: soothing music, perfectly maintained facilities, and little touches like herbal tea after the session. It wasn’t just a treatment, it was a complete escape from the outside world.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this spa to anyone seeking true rejuvenation. It’s not just a service, it’s an experience worth repeating.

Had a, wonderful experience at Echo Hotel, Zenova Spa, Darjeeling. The facial was relaxing and left my skin fresh and glowing. The Potli massage was another highlight offering a therapeutic and relaxing experience. What makes it even more special that Potli massage is available only at Echo Hotel in Darjeeling. A perfect place to unwind relax and pamper yourself.. Highly recommend.
